[Issue] My bulk downloads are failing consistently
For large bulk downloads that are failing, you can try downloading in smaller batches or re-try large bulk downloads in off-peak hours
If you face an issue where your bulk downloads are failing consistently then the issue could be with the size of downloads.
Downloads for 1-100 entries usually take a few seconds. However if you are trying to download in large batches 1000 - 50000 entries, then the system tries to do the same in the background. The system also has to try and get a snapshot in a single point in time of that set of leads.
In such scenarios if users are actively working on many of those leads or a lot fo those leads are being updated via API, the system might not get a time slpt to take the snapshot. So the system will keep waiting until it times out. In such scenarios, it is common to see your download as failed.
If you are facing such issues, do try the following workaround:
- Download in smaller batches
- Wait for off-peak hours to do large batch downloads
